To be a trainer is a rewarding goal for me to have a part in the development of people. It gives me the opportunity to add weight to the basic request of sport in the fitness facilities: the conscious treatment with one's own body, a social being together and fun with sensible movement. Besides this it is a great possibility to meet many interesting people, to learn from them and to develop myself personally. It is one of the few jobs where you gain appreciation or critic right after you have done your work.
